For each of the alternative sales channels, Michael Miller gives highlights of features and drawbacks and goes into some detail regarding the best types of products and the best use of each channel. I already sell on Amazon and migrated from selling on eBay a while back. I mainly picked up this book to get some guidance on adding the e-commerce website sales channel and it has a god intro to this option with some important considerations. If you have only been using eBay as a sales channel this book offers a lot. If you have been selling online using the other channels for a while, then some of the material will be known, but there is still enough to make it worthwhile.
